The estate has three light and elegant licensed Civil Ceremony rooms to choose from, dependent upon guest numbers and individual tastes and can cater for small ceremonies for just 30 or so guests, up to large ceremonies for up to 164 people. Ceremonies are usually followed by a wedding breakfast and evening reception at the manor but if a ceremony alone is required this can be accommodated, dependent upon the date required and subject to terms of use. A surcharge will be applied for use of the grounds for photos following the ceremony. The Lake Room The Lake Room offers a stunning setting for a small intimate ceremony, where up to 51 people can be accommodated (including bride and groom and two Registrars), and has a beautiful polished oak floor, crystal chandelier and plenty of natural day light. Prices for hire of The Lake Room for a civil wedding start from £350.00. The Lounge The most recent room to be added to Catthorpe Manor's list of licensed rooms, The Lounge is a simply stunning addition, with virtually floor to ceiling length sash windows, giving the impression of a Victorian Conservatory or Orangery, polished wood floor boards and crystal chandeliers. The 'alter' can be positioned either in front of the large feature fireplace or at the other end of the room in front of a beautiful gilt edged mirror. The Lounge can accommodate up to 70 people, including 2 Registrars and a member of Catthorpe Manor staff (therefore 67 guests), and can be hired for civil ceremonies from £450.00.
